Rogers, with the reins, was one of the first Philadelphians to drive a Four-in-Hand coach. He commissioned his friend Thomas Eakins, to paint this picture.

Eakins was known for his realistic representations of contemporary American life.  This print is from a 1950s National Geographic – exact year unknown. 

In excellent condition with great color.  

Overall size is 8” x 10”. 
Size of opening is nearly 5.5  x 7.5”.
