Bus lines are taxed to capacity; at City Terminals Humanity throngs and jostles. Thornton Oakley studies under Howard Pyle and is best known for six 12-foot murals he painted for the Franklin Institute. He was commissioned to do 48 paintings of war plants, transportation and related topics.
