Grande Western RR narrow gauge passenger train
steams through the Black Canyon of the Gunnison
River in western Colorado. The narrow gauge track,
about 3 feet wide, enabled trains to go through
narrow canyons where wider gauge tracks would not
fit. Harlan Hiney is known for his Railroad paintings.
